“ So, we moved out here from Philly 2 years, and we've been searching for the best pizza Central Pennsylvania has to offer. There aren't that many! Anyway, this place is excellent. Easily the top 3 pizza places in Lancaster. Sweet sauce but too sweet and not the generic sauce that tastes like a bucket of McCormick seasoning was dumped in it. The sopressata was very spicy but not too hot, which goes perfectly on the 4 cheese pizza white pizza. The margherita pizza was equally as delicious. I wish they had birch beer, but I guess I can't have it all. We will be back! ”

“ The wood-fired pizzas are the superstar at this shop (in my opinion, among the BEST in the world!!!), but the steak and cheese fell way behind. The quality of the steak was good. However, I barely even noticed the cheese and onions, and the sandwich was topped with what looked and tasted like a pizza sauce rather than steak sauce. I've had cheap fantastic gas station steak & cheese sandwiches that knocked my socks off in comparison. Sorry guys... :-( On the flip side, the french fries were generously fresh cut with that deep fried (but not greasy) deliciousness that takes you back to good ol' days on the boards (hot and crispy on the outside, just as I like it). That and the accompanying aolis is what saved the meal. My suggestion would be to work on improving your steak sandwiches (and add more sandwich selections), or eliminate the sandwiches altogether and stick with the incredible world-class pizzas. ”

“ The quality and attention to detail in the food was stellar in person. Pizza in Lancaster is punching up with Rendezvous as the new King. We ordered the new seasonal special Diablo, to share, and it disappeared in greedy joy before I could stop for a picture. And yes, the CRUST is so well made, light but crispy, flavorful, it should not be wasted. Then later, we came back again for dinner, and tried the famous cheesesteak classic - with added mushrooms! - and another seasonal special pie, the Eggplant (pictured below). May I say, it was a soft yet satisfying and smoky mouthful of summer. This food is made with love, AND knowledge. Beautiful, well balanced, created with care. I must try everything on the menu. Thank you for bringing pizza back to life, Rendezvous! ”

“ Wow! Just wow. My boyfriend and I decided to go here on a whim, as we try different pizza spots every week. We shared the Bianca pizza, a classic cheesesteak with American cheese, onions, and sauce, and an order of fries. Everything was phenomenal. The pizza had the perfect wood-fired charred flavor and is not overly greasy - the slices hold up when you pick them up! The cheesesteak was perfectly moist and flavorful and the fries were thick cut and perfectly crispy. I have an allegiance to another pizza spot for the pan pizza, but Rendezvous wins the thin crust pizza race hands down. The staff was friendly and brought the food to our table after we ordered at the counter. The dining room was open, bright, and clean with plenty of seating. The only problem is that we started eating the cheesesteak before we took a photo for this post! We will be back with all of our friends! ”

“ The food and service here are absolutely incredible! Legit the BEST French fries I every had in my life. I woke up the next day and I couldn't stop thinking about them. We had fries, a sub, pizza, and a salad and everything was of top quality! And the staff were soooo friendly! We will be visiting often! ”

“ Man! I am thankful I found this gem! Just quality ingredients all around. The sandwich was so delicious! I got a ribeye steak with provolone cheese, mushrooms, onions, fresh marinara and pesto aioli sauce. The combo was wicked good but yeah speaking of good. Daniel was super kind from the moment I popped in. He was in the middle of parting dough and was ready to take my order. I mentioned wasn’t ready and was kind enough to wait patiently on my order and even choosing the exact ingredients I wanted. He highly recommended the pizza. I kindly opted out because I was craving the cheesesteak. However I’ll definitely be back for that pizza considering how delicious that sub was. A great Fathers Day treat to myself lol. Most definitely will be sharing this location with others. Especially my Philly friends! OH the atmosphere is very cozy, spacious and clean! ”

“ Wonderful food. Nice, friendly service. Cool atmosphere. I would recommend the four cheese pizza with an addition of sausage, this pizza blew my mind! The fries were also very tasty and the dipping sauces were delicious as well. My wife enjoyed her cheesesteak with the homemade whiz (forgot to get a pic). My only critique is that the cheesesteak came to the table about 5 minutes before the pizza arrived, not a huge deal, but I do prefer when everything comes out at the same time. Regardless, this did not really impact our dining experience. We will be back! ”
